Conditions for Product Replacement:

1. Damage Notification: To be eligible for a product replacement, you must notify us of any damage to the product within 1 of receiving it. We require clear visual evidence of the damage, which includes a video recording of the unboxing process and the damaged product so that it can be assured that the product wasn’t hampered later. This video is crucial in helping us assess the extent of damage and expedite the replacement process.

2. Intact Packaging: The product's original packaging must remain intact. Please refrain from discarding any packaging materials until you have thoroughly inspected the product.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to initiate the replacement process.

4. Exclusions: This policy does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, misuse, or any alterations made to the product after delivery. Additionally, products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for replacement.

Process for Requesting a Replacement:

1. Notification: Contact our customer support team at giftinsmilez@gmail.com to report the damaged product. Please provide your order details and attach the video recording demonstrating the damage.

2. Assessment: Our team will review the provided evidence to verify the damage and assess eligibility for replacement.

3. Replacement Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product and proceed with the replacement process.

4. Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive the damaged product and confirm its condition, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Important Notes:

· Please ensure that the provided video clearly captures the unboxing process and the extent of damage to the product. Incomplete or unclear recordings may delay the replacement process or even reject replacement.

· We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that do not adhere to the conditions outlined in this policy.

· If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations or other reasons, we may offer a refund as an alternative solution.
